Please Check your product upon delivery received. Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date received of delivery completion notification from Canada Post. We do not offer refunds however we can replace the product for an exchange. Please note that if the period of 3 days has lapsed, we can’t unfortunately, offer you replacement. Meaning you received your order with no issues.
Exchange/Replacement requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange/replacement:
– Product is damage upon delivery received.
– Product is not as described – sent wrong item.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange or replacement.
Sale and clearance items
All sales and clearance items are final sale. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping items
In order to return order, you must contact us first.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
